Our Driving Program Team will be out and about cel Our Driving Program Team will be out and about celebrating young people across the region during Youth Week, and we’re excited to connect with our community at several local events!

You’ll find us at Youth Week activities in Dardanup, Busselton and Bunbury, where we’ll be sharing information about our driving program and how it supports participants to gain the skills, confidence and supervised hours they need to work towards their driver’s licence.

Youth Week is all about recognising the valuable contributions young people make in our communities and creating opportunities for them to connect, learn and have fun.
If you’re attending a local Youth Week event, come and say hello to our team! We’d love to chat about how our program supports young people on their journey towards independence.

School holidays don’t need to be expensive to be f School holidays don’t need to be expensive to be fun.

Pack a simple picnic and head to a local playground or nature play space. Children benefit from unstructured play where they can climb, explore, imagine and move their bodies freely.

Even a short visit to a park can become a big adventure!

Try bringing:
• A picnic blanket
• Cut fruit or simple snacks
• A ball or bubbles
• Water bottles

Sometimes the simplest days create the best memories.

What's your favourite thing to do with the kids at the park?
Looking for a fun (and less sugary!) activity thes Looking for a fun (and less sugary!) activity these school holidays? Try egg painting as a creative alternative to chocolate treats

Simply boil some eggs, let them cool, and set up a decorating station with paints, markers or stickers. Children can get creative designing colourful patterns, characters or even little faces on their eggs.

To make it extra fun, you could:
• Turn it into a decorating competition
• Hide the eggs for a mini egg hunt
• Use them as table decorations

This activity supports creativity, fine motor skills and imaginative play — all while keeping things simple and low-cost 💛
